Get help with your keyRight-click the WhosConnected shortcut and choose Run as administrator. Running as admin unlocks packet recording, DHCP fingerprinting, ARP sweep, and the security event log. All other features work without admin rights.
Go to the Settings tab and confirm the correct router brand is selected, then enter your router's IP, username, and password and click Test Connection. If the test fails, try the Diagnose button for more detail. Make sure you're on the same network as the router.
Select the correct brand in Settings and verify credentials. For ASUS, the default admin page is usually 192.168.1.1. For OpenWrt, LuCI must be enabled with JSON-RPC access. TP-Link support is in progress — check back for updates.
Packet recording requires Administrator mode and Windows 10 version 2004 or later (pktmon must be available). Re-launch the app as Administrator and try again.
The map uses GeoIP to locate remote IPs. Connections to local/private IPs won't appear. Make sure you have active TCP connections to public internet addresses — the connections table on the Dashboard is a good place to confirm.
Go to the About tab and enter your licence key in the format XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. The app contacts our activation server to verify your key and bind it to your machine. After that, no internet connection is needed for future launches.
